PHP Language + MySQL Database
Microsoft.Net C# Language + MS SQL Server Database
Java Programming Language + MS SQL Server Database

We suggest you to Select PHP programming language because its easy than C# and Java. If you have studied CS411 Visual Programming Subject and have awareness of Microsoft .Net C# language then select it.
